Modern Slavery Policy

Our Organisation

Aivantor Ltd is a UK-based enterprise AI enablement company providing AI advisory services and legacy application remediation solutions. We operate with a lean organisational structure, serving mid-market and public sector clients primarily across the United Kingdom.

Our supply chains include technology service providers, software licensing partners, professional service contractors, and office facilities management.

Our Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy on modern slavery and human trafficking. All employees, contractors, and suppliers must comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and our ethical employment standards.

Due Diligence

We conduct due diligence on new suppliers and business partners, including contractual terms requiring modern slavery compliance. Our employment practices ensure right-to-work verification, fair contracts, and National Living Wage compliance as minimum standards.

Risk Assessment

Our direct operational risk is low given our technology services business model. Potential supply chain risks exist in technology hardware procurement and facilities management services. We mitigate these through supplier compliance requirements and reserve audit rights.

Measuring Effectiveness

We track:

  • Annual supplier compliance reviews
  • Staff training completion rates
  • Concerns reported and investigated
  • Policy adherence across operations
Training

Relevant staff receive training on identifying modern slavery indicators, reporting procedures, and their responsibilities under this policy and UK legislation.

Reporting

Concerns can be reported confidentially to management or via compliance@aivantor.com. All reports are investigated thoroughly with whistleblower protection.
